Farm-To-Table

We hand-craft each menu based on client preferences, leveraging a farm-fresh, seasonal approach. Menus will include locally sourced produce, sustainably raised meats and organic poultry. Artisanal breads and cheeses will be sourced by local vendors at farmers markets, with an eye toward selecting “best in class”. We are committed to purchasing the highest quality goods from Long Island and NY State, and in doing so, we strengthen the community of local farmers and artisans.
